Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tours with Tours.co.th. They outline our mutual rights and obligations.
By booking through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms, our policies, and any other information we’ve provided to you. Once your booking is confirmed, a contract is formed between Tours.co.th and you, based on the terms and conditions detailed below.
Booking Your trip and Payment details
1. To make a booking please follow the procedure shown on our website or ask for help on chat, our staff are ready to help you with any questions or remarks you might have.
2. We’ll confirm your booking once we have received full payment, in case that we didn’t get any payment is mean that booking is not confirmed
3. Once your payment is complete, you’ll instantly receive a voucher after booking. Our team will also send you a separate confirmation with your pickup time shortly. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder or contact us via email or chat on our website.
4. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or undeliverable emails. If you don’t receive your confirmation on time, or at all, please inform us so we can resend it for the tours you’ve paid for.
5. If you’re booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for everyone in your group. You’ll be the main contact for the booking, meaning you’re responsible for all payments, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, and keeping your group informed.By booking for others, you’re also guaranteeing that you’ve gotten all necessary permissions from them. It’s your responsibility to make sure all information provided for other participants is complete and accurate. The Tour Operator won’t be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide to complete a booking.
Polisi Pembatalan
1. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your tour at least 24 hours before it starts by providing us with your booking number. Please note that some tours are all sales final This will be clearly stated in the cancellation policy section within the program details, meaning no refund will be provided for any cancellation of these specific tours.
2. If the tour operator cancels a tour before it starts, you’ll have two options: either reschedule for another day or receive a 100% refund of your purchase price.
3. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional fees, such as transfer charges. You unconditionally agree to this charge, regardless of the reason, including medical emergencies.
4. If you need to cancel due to unexpected sickness, injury, or a medical condition, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the tour price. You must notify us by 6:00 PM (18:00) the day before departure and provide a medical certificate attesting to your condition.
Change Policy
1. You can make changes to your tour (like the date or pick-up location) free of charge. Just make sure to let us know by 6:00 PM (18:00) the day before your tour, and provide your voucher number. We’ll then send you an updated tour voucher via email shortly.
No Show
1. If you are not present for your scheduled pick-up at the time and place specified on your tour voucher, or if you don’t go on the tour for any other reason, no refund will be issued, regardless of the circumstances (including medical reasons). Any claims for reimbursement in such cases must be submitted by you to your travel insurance company.
2. Should the customer choose to provide their own transportation to the tour, a map will be attached to the tour voucher and the latest arrival time will be specified. In the case of failure to arrive at the specified location at the latest arrival time and the tour cannot be provided, no refund will be issued.
3. If your tour operator doesn’t pick you up at the specified time, you (or your hotel reception) must call our hotline or WhatsApp, 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that we cannot accept any other forms of communication, such as email, for this issue. If the tour operator states they were at the pick-up location and time, and we haven’t received a call from you, no refund will be issued. To resolve any disputes, we may request evidence from the tour operator, such as GPS tracker logs or photos. Similarly, we may ask you for contact details of hotel staff witnesses, photos, or hotel CCTV footage.
Booking Voucher
1. After you book and pay for a tour, you’ll instantly receive a voucher from our website. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Our team will also send you a separate confirmation with your pickup time shortly.
2. No need to print your voucher! Just show it on your phone; that’s all you’ll need.
National Park Fee & Transfer fee
1. National parks are protected areas. And national park fees are collected by the Thai government for maintenance of the areas. Everyone who visits a national park must pay; there are no exceptions.
2. Refusing to pay the transfer fee or bayaran taman negara—whether by claiming the information wasn’t on the website or that a tour voucher with payment details wasn’t received—will result in immediate exclusion from the tour. You’ll be transported back to your hotel, and you’ll be solely responsible for any extra charges for private transfer. Furthermore, no refund of your tour payment will be granted.
Pregnant women, Children, and elderly
1. Pregnant women are generally not permitted on our tours. Please check the specific notices within each program you’re interested in booking and paying for. If a tour operator denies access due to pregnancy, no refund will be issued.
2. Children under one year old and individuals over 70 years old are not permitted on any speedboat tours. If the tour operator denies access due to these age restrictions, no refund will be issued.
Food & Medical Condition
1. For tours that include meals, halal and vegetarian options are available. If you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know in the “Request on Tour” section during checkout.
2. Please tell us about any medical conditions that require attention or medication before your tour begins.
Insurans
1. All tours we offer include insurance provided by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. This means you’re always covered, both by us and by your transporters.
2. We are not responsible for any injuries or losses you might incur during optional activities that are not part of our all-inclusive package. We highly recommend you purchase comprehensive insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, personal baggage, money, and public liability before your trip. We are also not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to your personal belongings at any point during your tour.
3. If an accident occurs during the tour and you choose to use your own insurance instead of ours, please be aware that no further claims can be made through our insurance policy.
Tour agent disclaimer
1. Tours.co.th partners with specific tour operators for each tour, and the programs on our website reflect their itineraries. However, if a tour with a particular operator is fully booked, we reserve the right to book you with a different operator offering a similar tour program, though slight variations may occur.
2. Tours.co.th will not provide any refunds to individuals found attempting to obtain a refund through fraudulent means.
3. Tours.co.th reserves the right to end, cancel, or terminate your contract if your behavior, manner, conduct, or actions, either before or during a tour, are likely to:

Cause offense to other clients.

Endanger the property, well-being, or safety of other clients or yourself.

Negatively impact the benefits received by other clients.
In such cases, you will be subject to our cancellation policy, and Tours.co.th will have no further liability or association with you. Furthermore, if your conduct, behavior, or actions cause any damage to your accommodation, or lead to delays or diversions in any form of transportation or the tour itself, you agree to fully indemnify Tours.co.th against any claims. This includes any legal costs made against the company by or on behalf of any third party.
4. We are not responsible for any travel arrangements affected by flight cancellations, delays, or postponements, regardless of the reason. However, we will always do our best to assist you in such situations.
Tour Operator’s Disclaimer
1. Please note that tour programs may change depending on weather and sea conditions. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
2. The weather in Thailand can be very unpredictable and can change suddenly without warning. Please be assured that our primary concern is always the safety of our guests. Every day, before any boat departs, we conduct a thorough check of the weather forecast and sea tide conditions. Most importantly, we operate under the strict supervision of the official Marine Department. If there are any safety concerns, the Marine Department will not permit any tour boats to leave the harbor.
Claims & Complaints
1. Any disputes, litigation and claims regarding the services between the client and Tours.co.th shall be settled first and foremost by the way of negotiation and through mutual understanding between the two parties. If such practices fail, any disputes, claims or litigation will be settled by local arbitration in Thailand. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days following the completion of services provided. The client accepts full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement by participating in any tour with us
2. If you have a complaint about Tours.co.th, please first inform the Tour operator or supplier at the time the issue arises. If they can’t resolve it immediately or during your trip, you should formally submit your complaint to Tours.co.th as soon as reasonably possible after the tour. You can do this in writing, in person at one of our offices, or by phone. You must notify us within 30 days of completing your tour. Any complaints received after this 30-day period will not be addressed.
3. We kindly request that you take care of your personal possessions. as Tours.co.th isn’t responsible for lost or damaged items.
