This trip can be split into two….the positives and the negatives.The positives are that the Longtail boat ride, temple visit, James Bond island and Panyee village visits are really places you should see. Great choice if you decide to go. Lunch was also quite good, a nice variation to choose from. Also, our guide Lena, was great….very helpful indeed.So, now to the not so good side of this tour. Our driver of a quite comfortable 12 seater van was terrible. From the moment he collected us half an hour late and for an hour and a half to the temple he seriously frightened us with speeds that you would not think possible. Same on the way back to our hotel also.The other negative is that the tour is crammed into a time frame that is not big enough. We had 25 minutes at the temple, an hour on JB island, but after lunch at Panyee, onlu 35 minutes to look around Panyee…simply not enough!

The guides were on excellent and really made a difference
This tour was the best experience of a 21 day long visit to Phuket. Phang Nga Bay is much more than just James Bond Island, especially when you have such an experienced, dedicated and professional crew running the show. From the comfortable boat, to the sights, the food, and the canoeing, the entire trip was absolutely wonderful.
