  • 08:00 AM or 01:00 PM: A driver will pick you up from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. The exact time will depend on your hotel's location.
  • Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink. The guides will provide a brief orientation, explaining the sanctuary's mission, the history of their rescued elephants, and the proper way to interact with them safely and respectfully.
  • You'll receive a basket of elephant-friendly food, such as bananas or sugarcane. This is your chance to get up close and personal with the elephants as you hand-feed them and learn about their individual personalities.
  • Enjoy shower rain with your elephant buddy. This is a favorite activity for them, as it helps cool their skin.
  • After your memorable experience with the elephants, you'll have some time to relax, change into fresh clothes, and enjoy some light refreshments, often including fresh fruit or a snack. A driver will then be ready to transfer you back to your hotel.
