10:00 AM: Meet at CC’s Hideaway overlooking the Andaman Sea. All participants meet in the lobby and get instructions, water and sign a waiver form. Please wear appropriate footwear knowing it may be muddy in spots even if it is not raining on the day of the tour.
11:15 AM: Arrive at Khao Phra Taeo Wildlife Sanctuary: Rainforest Ecosystem Trekking, visit Ton Sai Waterfall, fresh water swimming.
01:00 PM: Visit Sai Kaew Beach - a beautiful endless beach located at the very north of Phuket Island. This is a long white powdery beach dotted with pine groves along the shore. We will stop there for short time just to enjoy serenity of the uncrowded natural looking beach.
01:20 PM: Arrive at Sirinath National Park, visit Tha Chatchai Phuket Marine National Park Research Centre. Here we start an adventure tour in the mangrove forest with saltwater swamps supporting unique ecosystems. Within the park there is an abundance of plant and marine life. 800m wooden walkway trekking over the Mangrove Rivers, along with signs indicating and explaining the various species of plants and animals. Eco Adventure continues with self-paddle kayaking (paddler on request) in this unique National Park (30-40 minutes). Along the way here you’ll have to lie down flat in the kayak to get through the many low-lying tree branches and air roots.
03:10 PM: Visit Wat Khao Waterfall in Phang-Nga Province and Lunch at Krua Klangdong Restaurant by this beautiful Waterfall.
04:15 PM: Arrival to Hot Springs Beach Resort. Here, two pools are available with hot spring water, one big pool with jacuzzi and pool bar, one ice cold pool. Dip in the hot water and then jump into ice cold pool and back and forth as you desire. Relax on a lounge chair or in one of the pools bar with a fresh coconut.
06:30 PM: Visit Natai Beach for an amazing Sunset (timing varies depending on a season). Swimming in the sea during sunset with showers available after swimming.
07:00 - 7:30 PM: Leaving Hot Springs Beach Resort and heading back to Phuket.
The Phuket Big Buddha and Temples Tour provided great insights into local culture.
