    • This price is based on 40 passengers. (An additional charge applies for up to a maximum of 120 people).
    • Additional Charge on selected period: – New Year Peak Period: 15th December 2025 – 20th January 2026 – Chinese Lunar New Year: 15th February 2026 – 20th February 2026 (Additional charge at THB 30,000 net per charter for Full Day trip)
    • In case of late arrival of registration, the ending time of the sailing program will remain the same as of the confirmation of the booking
    • In the case of bringing outside food onboard, there will be a surcharge of 200 THB per pax. This is inclusive of usage of BBQ Grill, cutlery, plates, and bowls as per standard.
    • Full Day program can add extra hour (same route) at THB 20,000 per hour.
    • Any additional incurred costs, such as pier access fees, beach access fees, and boat transfer fees, will be charged directly and are to be paid by clients.
    • Island Access & Dinghy Service: Dinghy boat is available for island access or transfers during the trip, for up to 20 guests per trip. For larger groups, a separate transfer boat must be arranged (additional charges may apply)
    • For your safety. The daily program can be changed without prior notice depending on the tide and the weather condition on that day or any emergency cases.
    • We do not recommend our trips for ladies that are pregnant. If they choose to attend our trip, we will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.
    • People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure, heart condition or any other condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion.
    • The company’s accident insurance will only cover medical treatment and medical expenses caused by the accident that occurred during the trip only.
    • As it may concern customer experience and safety, please kindly note we do not recommend participation in any of our programs/trips for infants or citizens over the age of 80 years old.
    • There is a requirement for the injured customer to visit the hospital within the sailing day for the insurance to be covered.
    • In case of severe weather resulting in an order by the Meteorological Department announcing NO BOAT to leave for the trip, the entire deposit, 100% of it, will be returned to you in the same method of payment it was received within 7 working days.
    • Due to unfavorable weather conditions (only general rain—no scattered rain/some places), we do not refund and charge 100% in cases where the boat is still operating normally. However, if the customer cancels, we charge 100% and will not refund any money in any case.
