    • Your pickup time depends on your location and will be between 6:00 AM onwards. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time one day before the tour date.
    • The age of child should be 4-11 years. The height of child should not be over 140 cm. Infant under 4 years old is free of charge but will not be provided with seat on transfer and boat.
    • The daily tour program may be modified without prior notice due to weather conditions.
    • Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any cancellations made on the tour date, or if you do not arrive for your scheduled pick-up.
    • Enjoy peace of mind on your tour! We provide accident insurance coverage. However, please be aware that personal belongings are not insured, so keep them safe.
    • For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions or asthma, those over 70, and children under 2 may find some tour activities unsuitable. Please speak with your guide for further details and to discuss any concerns.

    To receive a full refund, cancel your experience at least 24 hours before the start date.
