7:30 AM – Pick-up at Hotel (District 1 or nearby) Your guide and driver pick you up from your hotel for a comfortable ride to Củ Chi Tunnels, ~1.5 hours northwest of the city.

9:30 AM – Explore the Củ Chi Tunnels Learn about the vast underground network used by Viet Cong soldiers during the war. Watch a short documentary explaining their history and construction. Crawl through some of the original (and widened) tunnels. See hidden trapdoors, air ventilation systems, weapon factories, and underground kitchens. Try cassava with sesame salt – a wartime food staple. Optional: Try shooting real AK-47s or M16s at the nearby range (extra cost).

11:30 AM – Return to Ho Chi Minh City

1:00 PM – Lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant

2:00 PM – Afternoon City Tour Begins 🏛️ War Remnants Museum A powerful look at the Vietnam War through photographs and U.S. military artifacts. Recommended for visitors who want to understand the war’s impact from the Vietnamese perspective. 🕍 Notre-Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office Iconic French colonial buildings built in the late 1800s. Great photo opportunities and a quick look into the city’s colonial past. 🛕 Reunification Palace (Independence Palace) Former headquarters of the South Vietnam government. Explore the war command bunker, presidential office, and reception halls.

Optional: Ben Thanh Market (if time permits) Stroll through the most famous market in HCMC for local snacks, souvenirs, and traditional clothes.

5:00 – 5:30 PM – Drop-off at Hotel Tour ends with drop-off back at your hotel or a central location of your choice.
