Carnival Magic dibuka setiap hari Selasa, Rabu, Sabtu & Ahad. Waktu operasi ialah 5:30 – 11:30 malam.
Tolong jangan ambil apa-apa barang atau barang berharga yang tidak perlu semasa perjalanan kerana syarikat tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan.
Telefon bimbit atau kamera tidak dibenarkan masuk ke bilik pameran. Walau bagaimanapun, sebelum memasuki bilik pameran, semua barang peribadi anda akan dimasukkan ke dalam loker. (Tanpa caj tambahan)
Kanak-kanak yang tingginya antara 101-140 cm (3'4” – 4’6”) boleh menerima hadiah percuma bernilai lebih THB 400 dengan menghubungi Carnivalistic! Kids Club terletak di dalam taman. (Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat)
Bayi yang ketinggiannya tidak melebihi 100 cm atau 3'3″ adalah percuma dan tidak akan diberikan tempat duduk di Paradium.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa Bayi mesti duduk di atas riba.
Waktu operasi taman adalah dari 5:30 petang hingga 11 malam.
Pertunjukan perarakan Karnival sungai dipersembahkan di paradium "Istana Sungai"* pada pukul 9 malam Pintu Paradium dibuka pada pukul 8:30 malam. Persembahan perbarisan adalah selama 50 minit.
Bufet Makan Malam Bufet Bird of Paradise bermula dari 5:30 petang hingga 9 malam. Waktu operasi boleh dilanjutkan hingga 9:30 malam pada hari-hari sibuk (makanan Vegetarian dan Halal di restoran jelas berasingan)
Tarikan Kingdom of Lights” akan dibuka hanya selepas perarakan utama tamat atau pada masa yang telah diumumkan.
Masa pemindahan boleh diselaraskan mengikut situasi.

Sebarang lewat dari pihak anda akan dibatalkan secara automatik dengan caj sebanyak 100%.
Pemandu boleh lewat 15-30 Minit kerana Trafik atau sebarang klausa yang tidak diingini.

We went here after reading several 5 star reviews with our kids who are 8 and above. It’s an over the top colourful extravaganza.Cons:1. The entry fee is exorbitant considering you pay extra for everything except the show- food, rides, and games.2. The show was colourful but just a parade of huge sets. Does not really engage the audience except for a bit towards the end when the colourful big balloons were thrown in.3. Rides are childish, not for children above 5-6.4. After a few games, they all feel the same.5. Everything is too colourful, ornate and over the top… feels nauseating at a point.Pros:1. The carnival parade was colorful, dancers were dressed beautifully and presented a great show. The audience joins in in the dancing towards the end with lots of colorful balloons and bubbles floating about. The place truly feels magical then.2. The kids club had some animals which the children were happy to hold and pet for awhile.2. The dancers do a great job in the show, and added some life to the sets with their constant waving and a colorful dance towards the end.2. Buffet had a decent variety of food to choose from including vegetarian.4. The staff is very helpful and try their best to help you with any questions you may have.My two out of three stars are really for the staff and the dancers… no complaints there
Loads to do. Be dazzled by the colourful lights displays, street parade and amphitheatremega stage show. Excellent customer service care. Not forgetting the elegant buffet dinnervenue, Bird of paradise. Enjoy the food then the fun in the park till late!
Benar-benar luar biasa dan cantik. Bangunan dan lampu yang menakjubkan. Kakitangan sangat gembira dan membantu. Kanak-kanak akan menyukainya. Tandasnya luar biasa dan pemandangan untuk dilihat. Ia adalah hidangan bufet dan memenuhi pelbagai budaya yang mungkin. Persembahan itu sendiri menakjubkan dan menakjubkan. Tempat duduk yang baik akan ada di mana-mana. Saya sangat menikmati Fantasea dan ini adalah setanding atau lebih baik.
Ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk berjalan-jalanSaya tidak menganggapnya sebagai taman tema. Ia lebih seperti Chuck E. CheesePerarakan itu sedikit membosankan
