after that, we will change into a comfortable mahout attire in preparation for the day’s activities.
the first activity will be making natural soap mand from the local snuffbox bean plant, this soap is safe and eco-friendly and will be used to wash elephants later in the day, and help prepare a nutritious banquet for the elephants, Ingredients include tamarind and grass ( to aid digestion)
After the soap-making and banquet are finished, the second activity will showcase how mahouts care for and communicate with the elephants.
Now is time to bathe the elephants, using their handmade soap in the local river named Maetang river. we will be able to admire the natural scenery the valley has to offer.
