Any lateness from your side will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
The driver could be late by 15–30 minutes due to traffic or any unwanted clauses.
To receive a full refund, cancel your experience at least 24 hours before the start date. , If the weather is not safe for the boat to leave the pier, the tour will be canceled. You will then have the option to request a refund or reschedule the tour for another day. , If the tour does not have enough passengers booked, it will be canceled. In this case, you can request a refund or change the date of your tour.
