Please note that we only pick up each of our customers from the mainland of Krabi only. Even if your hotel is in the location that we mention for free pickup, if you are not on the mainland, our pickup point will be at the Ao Nam Mao or Nopparattara pier only. (From your hotel to the pier is your responsibility)
For your safety. the daily program can be changed without prior notice depending on the tide and the weather condition on that day.

Any late from your side will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
The driver could be late by 15-30 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
To receive a full refund, cancel your experience at least 24 hours before the start date. , If the weather is not safe for the boat to leave the pier, the tour will be canceled. You will then have the option to request a refund or reschedule the tour for another day.
Bit worried when pick up driver wasn’t showing up. Difficult to get through on phone but quickly sorted when eventually got through. Taxi flew down pier to catch the boat. Well I’m glad the brakes worked! Had visions of us flying into the air at the end!

Glad you cancelled us the day before because the winds were still a bit fresh. I’ve hit 70 now and my wife ‘would prefer not to say’. So it was a little bit tricky for us getting on and off the boat.
Needn’t have worried, crew and guide really looked out for ourselves and all the other passengers.
And yes, sure, some landfalls a bit crowded, but that means that a lot of people had a good time. My only complaint. Well they wouldn’t let me actually drive the thing!
