What To Expect
  • 08.30 am. Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Chiangmai City.
  • 09.00 am Drive approximately 50 Mins North of Chiang Mai through rolling hills, forest, and local farming areas.
  • 10.00 am Arrive at Kanta Elephant Sanctuary, change into traditional clothing
  • 10.30 am Prepare fruits for our elephants and Meet our elephants. Feed, Roaming, Touching, Playing with elephants. *** At the Sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants
  • 12.00 pm Lunch Time
  • 13.00 pm Prepare and cook sticky rice mixed with herbs for our elephants. Learn about the Background, health care, and behavior of elephants.
  • 14.00 pm Enjoy more time roaming, feeding, and taking elephant walk to the river and enjoy Bathe, scrub elephants. Feed sticky rice balls, Fruits to Our elephants. ** This part is focused on taking your time and allowing the elephants to enjoy each moment of their freedom, scratching, rubbing, throwing dirt, enjoying the view, and taking lots of pictures**
  • 15.00 pm. Tea and coffee break. Leave Kanta Elephant Sanctuary and drive approximately 50 Mins back to Chiang Mai. Drop off at your hotel or accommodation.

    • For your safety. the daily program can be changed without prior notice depending on the weather condition on that day.
    • Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

    • Please note at the Sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants. Therefore, there is no formal schedule and aside from pick-up times, the times shown here are approximations.
